I was surprised by how well the staff listened. They remembered the little things I’d mentioned before and made the whole process feel really easy. It felt like a small win for me not having to repeat myself or stress about the details.

I went in thinking, okay, let’s see if they can actually help, and they really did. The practitioners were easy to talk to, knew their stuff, and made everything feel straightforward. I left thinking, yep, that was actually really helpful...

The health consult was helpful!! The doctor actually listened to what I was saying, which I really appreciated... It did feel a little rushed toward the end?? But I still walked away with solid advice and felt like it was worth it overall!!!

There weren’t any random add-ons or confusing fees after checkout, which made the booking less stressful. That said, when I had a question about the breakdown, the response felt kind of dismissive, like they just wanted to move me along instead of actually explaining it.

I’m giving it 4 stars because I do wish there had been a little more follow-up afterward. But overall, I left with practical ideas and more motivation, so I’d recommend it to anyone looking for gentle, realistic guidance.

i mean, overall I had a really nice stay. The classes were genuinely good, the food was healthy but still actually tasted great, and most of the staff were helpful and friendly. I really liked the calm vibe of the place, and I did come home feeling more refreshed and reset. I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because it’s expensive, and the schedule was a little confusing to figure out at first.

I booked a stay through canyonranch.com and everything did go through without any major issue, but the process felt more confusing than it needed to be. I had to click around quite a bit to compare dates and figure out what was actually included, which felt avoidable.

The confirmation came through quickly, so I appreciated that part. I just wish the booking steps were laid out more clearly and the pricing was easier to understand before checkout. Overall, not a bad experience, but definitely not the smoothest either.

I expected a lot more for what they charge. The instructor seemed bored the moves were super basic and the room felt all over the place. I ended up leaving early and I don’t think I’d book a fitness class there again...

The place was clean enough, but i was expecting it to be much more spotless considering what I paid. My room was okay, but I noticed dust sitting in the corners and a few marks in the bathroom that really should’ve been caught before I checked in. I don’t blame the staff too much because they did come clean it up when I asked, but someone definitely should’ve made sure the room was properly finished in the first place

I stayed at Canyon Ranch the room was really comfortable overall. The bed was soft without feeling like I was sinking into it, and I slept well both nights, so maybe that says enough right there.

I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because the pillows were a little hit or miss for me, though maybe that’s just me being weird about pillows. The AC was also a bit loud, but overall it was still a nice stay
